This workshop is aimed at schools who want to create a new brand identity – perhaps as part of producing a new prospectus or website development. The workshop is for a group of a minimum of 3 people, giving a perfect opportunity to use the senior leadership team, governors or parents to work together and really explore their ideas creatively.
Our facilitated sessions are practical and creative, a space where everyone can contribute their ideas. We will work through your values, mission and beliefs, exploring potential headlines and key messages that would be appropriate to compliment your new school brand.
During the session we use key school marketing intelligence about what parents are looking for in choosing their child's school, as well as examples of best practise from other schools to illustrate the ways in which may want to strengthen your school marketing tools and messages.
The course will be split into 6 interactive sections:
1. Brand - Is it a logo, marketing strategy or an attitude?
2. Perception Study – Looking at how you perceive your school and how that may differ to the outside world.
3. Branding – Looks at where you want to be and how you aim to get there.
a. Vision, Mission and Values
b. Brand Messages
c. Mood Board Exercise
4. Colour Psychology – Learn how words can translate into colours and define the schools brand.
5. Visual Identity – Looking into your Logo, what message is it giving?
6. Internal Presentations and Communications – How is your school perceived internally?
|
The course can take place at your school or at a venue of your choice over 4 – 5 hours, either during school time or in the evening.
